smartData built the platform on Node.js, MongoDB and React.js as a subscription SaaS. Each business gets a dedicated site on its own subdomain, customisable through templates with its own colours, logo and business details, and services can be added, edited and removed by the owner without developer involvement.
Booking management runs through an integrated calendar with working hours and non-availability settings, and reports cover bookings, revenue and customer interactions. Customers search by location, see real-time availability and pricing, then book, reschedule or cancel from their own profile.
